Parent Portal Account

New to PowerSchool Parent Portal?
If you have a child active with our schools, an account has been set up for you and a message was sent to the email provided upon enrollment. If you do not already have a PowerSchool Parent Portal account, or need assistance, please complete the request for access and allow 2 business days. 

Already have an account in the PowerSchool Parent Portal?
Parents of returning students use the parent portal to view current records, update your child's information that we have on file and set email preferences for notification of records.  
 
Forgot your username or password?  You can recover your username or password using the email used to set up the account. You should receive a reset link from Powerschool within 15 minutes of your request. If you have requested a reset, you must sign in using a desktop browser connected to the internet and not the mobile app. If you do not receive a reset, check your spam mail. Still no reset? You will not get a reset link if you are using a different email address than the primary one you provided us. 
 
 
PowerSchool for your mobile device
A district code is required when using a tablet or smart phone.

The web browser on a computer is a more comprehensive look at PowerSchool;
the PowerSchool app on your mobile phone is a snapshot of information. 
 
 
Log-in problems?
If you are having login issues with PowerSchool, please do the following first: 
  1. Clear the browser’s cache and cookies, then go back to the login page.
  2. Clear browsing history for at least the last 24 hours.
  3. Password and Username cannot be reset on the mobile app. You will need to reset on a computer.
  4. PowerSchool works best with Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. If you are using a Mac, there's a known issue that PowerSchool does not view correctly.
