We also offer dental coverage and vision coverage through MetLife. RAFOS covers the cost of $50,000 in life insurance and long term disability benefits for eligible employees. Employees may also participate in medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts and 403(b) and ROTH 403(b) retirement savings accounts.

Our annual RAFOS Benefit Guide shared during open enrollment has a plethora of information about the plans we offer, however, the Wrap Document captures every aspect of our health and welfare benefits including eligibility requirements, plan participation rules and the length of coverage, the insurance contracts, policies and procedures, and any other document making up the components of our benefit plans. They are all incorporated into this one ‘Wrap’ document for your reference.
