Internal Transfers

SUBMIT ANNUAL INTENT - RETURNING STUDENTS CONTINUING FROM RAFOS SCHOOLS 

• Continuing students are placed first at Western Sierra, as long as student's intent to continue is submitted during Annual Intent Period
• Students completing American River Grade 5 (2024-25) must indicate intent for Rocklin Academy Gateway Grade 6 (2025-26)
• Students completing Rocklin Academy Grade 6 (2024-25) must indicate intent for Western Sierra Grade 7 (2025-26)
• Students completing Rocklin Academy Gateway Grade 8 (2024-25) must indicate intent for Western Sierra Grade 9 (2025-26)

• Western Sierra's Administration will send an email regarding parent meetings scheduled for January 2025
• A continuing student must meet all Western Sierra registration requirements before any applying sibling will be prioritized on the Western Sierra waitlist.
• Admission of applying siblings is not guaranteed, but is on a space-available basis

SUBMIT NEW APPLICATION - INTERNAL TRANSFERS BETWEEN RAFOS SCHOOLS

• Returning Students who attend one RAFOS school AND want to apply to another RAFOS school MUST:

1. 1. 1. 1. Complete student's Annual Intent in PS Enrollment indicating student will return to his/her current school 

            • This action will hold student's seat in the event one is not available at the new school
            • Admission is not guaranteed, but is on a space-available basis

         2. Submit New Application using Application link below

            • To be included in public lottery, application must be submitted between January 06, 2025 and February 28, 2025
