ROCKLIN ACADEMY FAMILY OF SCHOOLS VOLUNTEERS

 

 

 

Rocklin Academy Family of Schools appreciates families participating in their child's education by volunteering. If you wish to volunteer at the Rocklin Academy Family of Schools (RAFOS). These schools include American River Collegiate Academy, Rocklin Academy, Rocklin Academy Gateway and Western Sierra Collegiate Academy.

 

If you have been live scanned through Rocklin Academy at the elementary level, you DO NOT need to repeat your Live Scan when your student enters Western Sierra.


If you have been live scanned by another organization, you still need to be live scanned through Rocklin Academy.  The Department of Justice (DOJ) does not share Live Scan results done by other organizations with Rocklin Academy Family of Schools.

 

 

 

Complete the following steps to become a volunteer:

 

1. Complete the Live Scan Service  (Required if not already on file with school)
  • Print the completed Live Scan Form and take a copy to the Live Scan 
  • location of your choice
  • Live Scan Location List - Click Here
 
 2. Complete Tuberculosis (T.B) Test and have a copy of results (Required if not already on file with school)

 

 

4. Complete the Volunteer Packet on Informed K12.

 5.  Once all volunteer requirements have been completed and verified, your school site coordinator will notify you when you are cleared to volunteer. 
 
Don’t forget to take the LiveScan form with you, and save the receipt.
