Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is a standing advisory committee to the Board of Directors. It works closely with the Superintendent and the financial staff. The role of the Finance Committee is primarily to provide financial oversight for the organization. Task areas will include budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies.
